City of Rochester Hills Ordinance:
“No solid waste, recyclable materials, yard clippings or containers for same shall be placed or left at curbside for more than 24 hours”

BFHA Covenants and Restrictions:
“All trash and debris shall be stored in sanitary containers which shall be emptied as necessary and be properly maintained and concealed from public view and the view of adjacent Lot owners. Such containers may be left at the road for pickup purposes as long as they do not remain there for more than twenty-four (24) hours in any one week. No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash, garbage or other waste.”
How do I get a compost sticker?
You can stop in to the Building Department at City Hall and request one.
