Welcome to Bridgewood Farms

Bridgewood Farms is located in the rolling hills of Oakland County and is ideally located on the Northwest quadrant of Rochester Hills with easy access to schools, shopping, restaurants, emergency services, and I-75. The 1/3 acre lots within the subdivision are larger than other neighboring subs which enables the homes to be spaced farther apart and greatly adds to the curb appeal of each home which are set back 100 feet from the street with lots that boast at least 15,000 square feet in area. Every home also has a side entry garage that prevents the aesthetics of the home from being hidden and also adds greatly to the beauty of the neighborhood. Well maintained homes and manicured landscapes reflect neighborhood pride as do the four public areas which include delightful statuary as well as eye-catching trees, shrubs and flowers.
The Bridgewood Farms subdivision is home to a wide range of residents including young couples with small children, business professionals, empty nesters and senior citizens. The neighborhood also includes many residents from all walks of life who have different perspectives and a wealth of experiences, to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that is extended to both visitors and new homeowners.

The lot placement in the subdivision is shown below:
